Rolwaling Trekking is one of the unspoiled trekking trails in Nepal. It is located in the eastern part of Nepal, very close to the Mt. Everest. Rolwaling is situated at 3,690 m. it is one of the best destinations among the travelers as it is one of least explored area in the lying in the Everest region. Trekking in Rolwaling is popular destination has been one of the attractive destinations, as the route is attached with another popular tourist destination called Chho-Rolpa and Dudh-Kunda which lie in the northern east from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. During the Trek in Rolwaling to the area, this picturesque tourist destination, one can really enjoy with the scenic views of majestic Himalayas including Mt. Everest (8848 m)—the highest peaks in the world, Mt. Gauri Shankar (7145 m). There are various routes to get there. This high valley Rolwaling—is also called “the grave" due to its isolated terrain, which is buried down between steep ice-giants. Tourists can explore the majestic mountain views and beautiful waterfalls, Tso Rolpa Lake, monasteries and landscapes.

The trekking to Rolwaling begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and the route leads through the remote and beautiful picturesque Sherpa, Tamang and Chhetri village and through the dense, gloomy primeval forest and over broad bridge with wonderful views. Rolwalling trekking offers fascinating experience, which starts from Barabise, passes Tinsang la pass and descends Bigu Gomba which houses the Buddhist nuns. The trail descends down to the Bhotekosi River and turns into the Rollwaling valley, one of the most remote, mysterious, and fascinating places in the Rolwaling trekking route. The land is full of the tales of the yeti--the mysterious snow man in the world-- and it is the place where some mountaineers arranged expedition to hunt yetis in the past. Subsequently, you reach at Na Gaun passing Beding, then you ascend up through the grass-covered valley to Tso Rolpa then traversing the moraine on the north side we route up to Pachhermo peak (6,273m), you will have scenic views of Mt. Gaurishankar (7,145m), Mt. Melungtse (7,181m) and other mountains lying around the area and its landscapes. The Beding village (3,690m), the monastery, the Na village (4,183m) and Tso Rolpa lake are the main attractions of Rolwaling trekking route. After making excursion to the area, you will then descend down to Thame, from where the route along Bhote Kosi River leads to Namche Bazaar and subsequently to Lukla, from there you will catch plane and fly back to Kathmandu.
