Namaste We are both very pleased to hear that you are ok and offer you our sympathies for your family and friends. We heard about the tragedy of the earthquake that has hit Nepal. We have been fund raising at our school to help with the relief effort and hope that you can return to a degree of normality soon. We thank you very much for your efforts during our trip and have thought of the following for you: Positives: 1. We liked the warm welcome and the fact that you came to meet us in person at the airport 2. The jungle safari staff were extremely welcoming and took care of all of our needs during our stay there. The elephant ride where we got to see the rhinos was a particular highlight. 3. The fact that there was always someone there to meet us in each of the destinations made travelling easy. 4. The rafting crew were friendly and helpful in preparing us for, during and after the rafting. 5. You were friendly, hard working and a very knowledgeable guide, we appreciated the snacks during the trek up to poon hill. 6. The farewell dinner was a lovely way to round off our short stay in Nepal as were the unexpected gifts on our departure. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, here are some suggestions we thought of for next time to help your company: 1. Inform people before they arrive of the visa costs and that you cannot pay in Nepalese rupees 2. Give the travellers a list of the accommodation names they will be staying in, this would be helpful when meeting contacts in each place. 3. The activities you said we were doing on the jungle safari were different to the ones that we actually did, this was not an issue for us but future clients may not be happy with this. These were just some small things we thought of to help you next time, they had no effect on our enjoyment of the trip. We would happily recommend you to friends and family if we find time to return to Nepal for the Everest base camp would use your company again. We wish you luck for the future, with your new website and continued success of your company. We will be thinking of you and your country in the tough times ahead.
